Sales Conditions for the Antares Hotels Milan group.
The Site is available only to individuals and entities
that can form legally binding contracts under applicable
law. Without limiting the foregoing, the Site and
the services offered by the Site are not available
to minors. You must be eighteen (18) years of age
or older to reserve a room on this website. If you
are under the age of eighteen, you may contact the
hotel directly for assistance. You also warrant
that You are legally authorized to make the travel
reservations and/or purchases for either Yourself
or for another person for whom You are authorized
to act. You may only use this Site to make legitimate
reservations or purchases and shall not use this
Site for any other purposes, including without limitation,
to make any speculative, false or fraudulent reservations,
or any reservation in anticipation of demand. Please

Rates
Rates are in Euro and include overnight and breakfast
arrangement, VAT 10% and service. Selected price does
not include any extra charge such as minibar, telephone,
pay tv or any other service available at the Hotel.
Reservation and payment information
You can verify current Hotel rooms availibility by
simply clicking on the button RESERVE.
Once availibility has been confirmed, you will have
to insert your credit card details (number and expiration
date) to ensure room reservation : right after you
will receive an e mail confirming reservation details
such as dates of stay and rates. NB No payment is
taken from your credit card, all payments are made
upon departure from our hotels.
Payments and guarantees
Hotels require credit card details in order to guarantee
your reservation. Be assured that we take our responsibility
regarding your credit card information very seriously.
We use the industry standard (http://www.geotrust.com)
technology to encrypt your credit card details. Therefore
we can guarantee that every transaction made is 100%
safe. Payment of services is required on departure
day.
Reservation’s cancellation and amendments
In case you need to cancel your stay, please click
on the RESERVE ON LINE button: in the right low part
of the pop up appearing, click on "NEED TO AMEND
OR CANCEL A BOOKING?". Insert afterwards the
reservation code you received when confirming reservation
together with your last name and date of arrival .
Once your details are filled in, click on the button
“show booking” and modify or cancel reservation
according to your needs.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation policy is 24 hours prior arrival: if
you cancel according to the cancellation policy of
the hotel, it will be free of charge. If you cancel
later than requested by the hotel or do not show up,
the first night stay will be charged to your credit
card.
Children
Children up to 12 years old are free of charge if
sharing the room with their parents.
Privacy Policy
We take our responsibility regarding your privacy,
very seriously. The information we request when making
your reservation, is requested in order to offer you
a professional service. Under no circumstances will
we distribute customer information to others, except
in the unlikely event that the law obliges disclosure.
Your contact data is used to make the hotel internet
reservation. This data will be used in order to identify
you upon arrival and to contact you in the extremely
unlikly case of changes to the reservation.
We would again like to stress that, in accordance
with European personal data protection laws, strict
security procedures are observed to prevent personal
data misuse and unauthorised access. Please have a
